NAZ believes that educational achievement does not start at kindergarten; instead it is the product of opportunities and experiences beginning in the womb. NAZ’s education solutions will provide a connected stream of effective services that directly impact a child’s education. Strategies included in the pipeline will range from targeted interventions such as timely prenatal care and pre-school screenings, extended learning through quality in-school and out-of-school programs, as well as effective implementation of researched and proven educational strategies in the Zone’s anchor schools.

NAZ school partners  including public district, public charter, and parochial – are working together on groundbreaking reforms at the leadership level. In addition, the NAZ Education Pipeline is implementing strategies for NAZ-enrolled families such early learning programs supporting kindergarten readiness, academic-focused extended day programs (out-of-school time), and matching NAZ youth with mentors – all focused on college readiness and lifelong success.
