Family Engagement Strategy

Northside Achievement Zone outreach and engagement strategies are critical components to create achievement outcomes which will lead to a micro-climate of community transformation in our target area. As we continue to build the opportunities, resources, and services that are offered directly to families through NAZ, we will implement an engagement process to support youth and families in their achievement plans. The long-term goal will be to infuse meaningful, positive messaging to families in the Zone to break the emotional and cultural barriers to achievement.
