The Northside Achievement Zone collaboration intends to reach the stated objective of “every child college-ready” by focusing on three core strategy areas:
We know that each of these tracks needs to operate, producing it’s own strategic outcomes, in order to comprehensively change the micro-climate in the Zone related to educational achievement. In addition, it is critical that each track link with the others to inform, connect, and create a cohesive change strategy. The ways in which connection between the core strategy tracks will occur is through coordination at the Steering Committee level, intentional relationship building between leadership in each core strategy, and through tactical decision-making at the Management Team level.
