  • Accelerating Graduation by Reducing Achievement Disparities (A-GRAD). In October of 2006, the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners passed a resolution calling for a long-range plan to ensure all Hennepin County youth graduate from high school. The county’s Department of Research, Planning & Development is facilitating the planning process, and Hennepin County has launched the Accelerating Graduation by Reducing Achievement Disparities (A-GRAD) initiative.
