Danyika Leonard, Collective Impact Director – Family Support

Danyika Leonard
Danyika Leonard is the Collective Impact Director of Family Support. She works to spark innovation and learnings with partners to support improved practice with NAZ families that lead to systems, policy, and resource changes to significantly improve outcomes in North Minneapolis. Her work also includes a focus on NAZ’s two-generation approach where she uses results-based leadership and accountability to promote scholar success through financial, career, and housing stability for NAZ parents. She brings to NAZ her experience in social work, mental health case management, workforce development, housing, public policy, and family-centered engagement. Her volunteer work includes community and school mediation, restorative justice facilitation, and various youth-centered work.
