How NAZ Works

We understand that raising healthy, academically successful kids while working and running a household is a big job. NAZ is here to help. We believe a culture of achievement can only be built from within the community—one family at a time.

Once you enroll in NAZ, we’ll connect you to a NAZ Scholar Success Coach. Your coach connects you with community resources, removes barriers, and celebrates your family’s strengths.

Coaches work closely with schools and partners to give “high-touch” support over time—helping with things like attendance, academics, and social-emotional skills.

Together, families and their coach will create a Scholar Success Plan that is tailored to their scholar’s needs.  This plan will focus on:

  • Social-Emotional Growth – building confidence, resilience, and leadership
  • Academic Support – boosting grades and learning skills
  • Attendance – making sure your scholar is in school and ready to learn

No matter what challenges a family may currently be facing, you don’t have to solve them alone.

Your coach and the entire NAZ partner network is on your side, working to ensure you get the resources your family needs to thrive.

All NAZ partner programs are free.
