Now in its third year, the Northside Achievement Zone’s SOARNORTH Gala attracts more than 1,500 guests and raises critical funds in support of our groundbreaking, place-based work. This starry night features a delicious three-course dinner, cocktails, premier auction experiences, live music featuring special guests, late-night snacks, dancing, and so much more. The Legendary Ladies of Soul
Two legends. One unforgettable night. Known for her powerhouse vocals, Patti LaBelle, the "Godmother of Soul," has enjoyed a career spanning seven decades and sold over 50 million records. From the lead singer of the Bluebelles and the genre-bending trio Labelle to an illustrious solo career with hits such as "New Attitude," LaBelle has truly done it all. Enter Gladys Knight, the "Empress of Soul." Her six-decade career includes a string of hits with her group, 'The Pips,' including the chart-topping "Midnight Train to Georgia." Knight is a seven-time GRAMMY winner, having recorded 38 studio albums, and has also triumphed in film and television.
